We had a fantastic stay here! The location is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city on a charming pedestrian walkway. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. The view from our room was breathtaking, offering a panoramic view of the city. The staff was exceptional, providing top-notch service and making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They even went above and beyond to accommodate our early check-in request. Special thanks to Hakan, Yelmaz, Vedat, Turhan, and Maria for their outstanding care. The room was cleaned daily and stocked with complimentary bottles of water, coffee, and tea. We were also impressed with the additional amenities offered, such as access to the pool and spa facilities. we had a memorable and comfortable stay, and we would definitely book here again if we return to this beautiful city.

There were a few aspects that I was not entirely satisfied with. the air conditioning in the room was not functioning well and the temperature was too warm, preventing us from opening the window to let in fresh air.

Great location and value for money. The rooms weresuper clean and cozy, with good amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was decent, with options. Conveniently located near Taksim Square and not too far from bustling areas like Istiklal Street.

The bathroom could use some improvements, particularly the shower which was difficult to stand up in due to its two-level design. The maintenance of the bathroom was lacking, with crown molding falling off the walls.

The staff is kind and helpful, the bed is comfortable, the location is great, and the room is spacious and well-kept.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the quality of the cleaning service is disappointing.

It was a cozy and clean space where we could relax and unwind. We appreciated the friendly and professional service provided by Mr Veyse. there was some room for improvement, such as addressing the mold on the ceiling and playing relaxing music in the spa.
